All Apple device repairs are performed by our trusted third-party certified technician. We handle the intake, the quote, and the follow-up, so you always have one person to talk to about your device.
What does a repair cost?
We do not publish a flat repair menu because the honest answer depends on your device. Bring it in for the free diagnostic and you get a real number, in writing, before anything is opened.
Repair warranty
All repairs include a 15 day limited warranty covering workmanship and hardware-related issues associated with the repair.
The repair warranty does not cover:
- Accidental drops
- Cracked screens or glass
- Liquid or water damage
- Physical abuse or misuse
- Devices previously repaired by another repair shop
- Damage unrelated to the original repair
If your device has a problem related to the repair, bring it back as soon as the first issue appears and within the 15 day warranty period.
Please back up your data before leaving a device for repair. Platinum Tech is not responsible for data loss.
If the repair costs more than the device is worth to you, ask us for a buyback quote instead. Sometimes that is the better deal, and we will say so.
